Intention: Explore the nature of my chronic pain around my gall bladder.
Witness:
Grass: Pushing pushing, I want to push out.
Me: Push, push, push.
Like that fast train in the distance.
Pushing too fast.
Trying to get it all in.
How to live a slower push, or no push at all. I see a thin red line of pain which pushes out, makes my side plump out with pain.
Grass Art: Yes, I love pushing. I love fast strokes of green, coming faster and faster with so much force and energy...I love getting bigger and pushing out into the world.
Me: I love how the grass plumps out in the wind on the sandy beach coast, and moves, moving with that flowing,-out in fullness...not in a driven kind of way. I want to flow out, say what is needed but not forced. I need to know more about my inner pusher...just putting my hand on my side helps....meeting that plumpness. Softer plum of skin and being.
